Marketing-Research/Business Development Coordinator/Assistant
*work under the direction of the VP Sales & Marketing.

Job Function:
Provide strategic oversight and direction of all marketing and research functions.
• Manage the e-public image of Data Specialties Inc.
• Manage website, Google ad words and SEO, analysis traffic & stats
• Develop new sales leads and company opportunities
• Manage Client Retention efforts
• Create vertical market presentations (medical, financial, etc.)
• Social media websites (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) forward thinking strategy
• Update all company information – brochures/case studies as and when required
• Create and obtain publishing of press releases, create e-marketing strategy
• Coordinate the preparation/production of case studies
• Run e-mail campaigns
• Build and manage data base
• Creation of Newsletters
• Continue to develop our corporate identity
• Create online Web-ex presentations
• Videos
• Assist in the preparation of Trade shows
• Logistics/Travel
• Booth (display unit)
• Show services orders (electrical, carpet, labor, etc)
• Show materials (giveaways)
• Assist Trade shows (travel required)
• Create a "library" style approach to technical information (photos/projects/dates)
• Update Statement of Qualifications-changes as needed
• Arrange [as directed] "Lunch and Learn" sessions
• Investigate the purchase of e-mail lists and prepare mass marketing to key stake
holders
• Create a one {1} day – Data Center Design build course (with assistance support)
¼ day Cabling Design & Installation + other such industry topics
• Internal position

Requirements:
• Candidate must hold a four {4} year degree in Sales/Marketing or related industry
experience
• Sales, Marketing presentation software expert use of Apple Mac computer system
• Expert in using AppleMac and other tools to produce PR materials
• Construction/Computer industry background preferred
• Extensive mass marketing campaigns
• Proven Business Development Experience
• Able to travel if required/needed (tradeshows/company events)
• Familiar with company branding and the importance of branding
• Knowledge of corporate company brochures and production of these
• Generally good all round Sales & Marketing experience (minimum 5-10 years)
• Outstanding writing skills and Excellent communication skills
• Office hours 8:30-5:30* (*This position may require a 40+ hour work week)

General/Sales Manager – Phoenix, Arizona
DSI has opening for a Regional Sales/General Manager with at least ten (10) years Data Center design build experience – Electrical/Mechanical. This position is based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Sales Executives – Southern/Northern California, Arizona and Nevada
Responsiblities include cultivating a given territory to generate new business opportunities; preparing ROM pricing, site surveys and proposals; and providing project management. This position is Electrical and Communication Cabling biased. Data Center experience is essential. Proven track record a must.

Project Managers – California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas
Minimum 5 years Project Management experience in and around the construction of Data Centers. Must be familar with the electrical and mechanical systems within these types of facilities, and comfortable with managing projects up to $25 million.

Electricians – California and Arizona
Must be able to install larger conduits, large wiring and switchgear, and have a solid working knowledge of the NEC. Must be self-motivated, be willing to work out of state, sometimes for extended stays. Should have a neat and tidy appearance. Minimum 5 years good, related experience required. A CA State License is required. An AZ State License is an advantage.
